if this passed once as a fluke, why do you want a reset-test instead of a badtest? A reset-test risks that the britney calculation will be wrong again if there is another fluke passing with the same version of barrnap in the archive.

This package has had 2 uploads in 2 years. Which is more likely, another flaky pass or another upload?
