Some observations:
- I'm already doing a big change for open-iscsi, don't want to do another big change for multipath-tools in the same cycle so I'm keeping all delta as a temporary manner.
Will try to upstream the delta slowly during the next cycle.. but first, in this cycle (20.10), I want to test open-iscsi (including initramfs hooks) before start doing it with multipath as well.
Thats the reason why I haven't tried to minimize the delta yet. The big work for this merge was to split all delta into specific commits so they could be better maintained.
