Remove: xorg jobs from graphics test plans

Ubuntu 22.04 uses Wayland by default, so calling xorg-related jobs
generated failed results. In addition, these xorg jobs do not provide
useful information.

Change: submission-cert-full include in all plans

Ensure jobs like raw_devices_dmi_json are run to collect info
like the BIOS version. Remove jobs from the existing
mandatory_include session where they are run as part of
submission-cert-full/automated to reduce duplication
