Esured tracer_iterated is initialised correctly (to t, and hence t_old) and also fixed the output of the residual after one iteration (into NonLinPG_Diffusion).
A run on the top hat shows the contribution made by the time derivative (which has a zero contribution in the first iteration) on top of the contribution from the advective term (visible in the first iteration residual dump).

Sorted out non linear iterations. Routines now dump result after one iteration into the NonLinPG_Diffusivity field, and the end result into Standard_Residual.
