Conversion to Python 3

All the tests are passing.

Pylint served as a guide during the conversion process, so this commit
is not really a minimal set of changes to make the code Python3
compliant.

Remove everything related to bazaar and dput

The existing implementation relies heavily on bazaar, and was never
ported to git. Let's remove it for now, to eventually re-add it once the
port to Python 3 is done.

This is a WIP commit, the package is likely broken at this point!
