Code review comment for lp:~pantheon-photos/pantheon-photos/rebrand

I'm sure there's much more to be done but what's most obvious to my tired eyes:

Need to change the icons in the manager and viewer .desktop files to the new ones Dan just added to the icon theme

Need to delete the old shotwell icons and make sure they're no longer referenced anywhere in the code
