Code review comment for lp:~paelzer/britney/hints-ubuntu-disco-resource-agent-arm

I commented on the reason it's failing in the bug, and as i said there this potentially could break ldirectord install/upgrade, so i'd prefer if we uploaded another resource-agent to fix this instead of hinting britney.
