Unsubscribe packages after hirsute EOL

There are a few newer packages that are no more needed due to Hirsute
being EOL.

Furthermore ESM cases will usually not get non security SRUs by us
and if they do get SRUs that would be driven via ubuntu-advantage support
instead of the server-team. We do not need the subscription to monitor
that.

Finally - as always - there are a few known cases were we want to stay
subscrubed despite being universe (kea, asterisk, ubuntu-virt).

A few in this list initially made me wonder like libibverbs, autofs5
and qemu-kvm, but those are old source packages now provided by other
sources that we are still subscribed.
