Adding CRITICAL alert 30 days in advance.
WARNING alert 60 days in advance.

Add jammy-caracal test bundle

jammy-caracal's UCA contains OVN 24.03 packages wich will allow us to
test this charm with them.

Use SSL compatible service status check

Override the layer_ovn method used to check if services
are running so that we can use SSL connections instead
of netcat since the latter causes problems with
ovsdb-server due to connections not being closed
properly.

Pin charmcraft to 2.2/stable

This is required because 2.5.5 or above are failing
to build with an error from charm-tools. This may
be resolved by a new build of the charm snap
(see https://github.com/juju/charm-tools/issues/673)
but until then we pin to a version that is known to
work.

Add ovn cert nrpe check

Certs are root readable so we use a cron job to perform
the check and save state for an nrpe check to read and
send back to nagios.
