  - Rename liboctave3 to liboctave3v5 for g++-5 transition
  - Recommend libatlas3-base instead of libatlas3gf-base (package name

  - Change dependency libhdf5-serial-dev => libhdf5-dev
  - Build-Depends on liblapack-dev >= 3.4.1-4 to get the correct
    shlibs:Depends
* Drop libosmesa6-dev from Build-Depends and build with --without-OSMesa.
  for backport to precise. The version of OSMesa provided is too old.
* Drop libopenblas-base from Recommends for backport to precise. The
  provided version of OpenBLAS is too old.
* Build-depend on texlive-latex-recommended package instead of
  texlive-fonts-recommended.
* Adjust Breaks relationships to allow backports of additional
  packages.
