More on the bands/EIG/WFS headings:
I agree that they could be improved, but doing so at this time would delay the pressing merge of the NC/SO wfs functionality. Besides, just changing a small set of numbers by another small set of numbers is probably not going to do a lot towards self-documentation of the files. To get out of the historical constraints we probably need a more thorough rethink of the files' contents.
