> * Swipe down on the time & date indicator
> * Release finger from phone
> * Decide i want to see Network
> * Tap on the Network icon
> * Decide i want to close the indicators
> * Put finger horizontally in the middle of the bottom of the phone and swipe

There is no locking threshold anymore, as requested by design. Indicator changes as soon as we swipe from bottom.
