DSS is not in public domain, but is only free for non-commercial uses
as of this writing at least. The following URL explains the Usage

Update Sloan Digital Sky Survey URL, and also prevent overplotting of objects

1. The Sloan is now in DR16, updating the URL to DR16
2. The overplotting of targets detracts significantly from the image. Disabling this.
