Description of the change

Updates the help for Ubuntu Software Center 2.0, including:
- fixes for changes in the interface
- renaming "Ubuntu Netbook Remix" to "Ubuntu Netbook Edition"
- adding a section on "What are 'Canonical Partners'?"
