Hi Tobias,

the fact that mixxxminimal.dll is not moved from #win32_build/vamp-plugins to the right folder is somehow expected. That is due to the fact that I did not write any scons rule to move it in the right place.

If you did copy it to D:/Tobias/MixxxBuilds/features_vamp/mixxx/dist32/plug
ins/Vamp ,it should be detected by Vamp.
Instead of manually changing AnalyserBeatLibrary, may you go through Preferences->Beats Detection and see if qm-tempotracker:0 is shown in the combobox?
There you should be able to select few plugins (qm-tempotracker, qm-barbeattracker or mixxxbpmdetection) or all plugins in vamp paths by clicking on Advanced. That will let vamp to detect the right path and name for the library.
