Following the MirAL test plan there's a problem with sizing "fullscreen" surfaces on a tiling Window manager. Vis:

$ miral-app --window-manager tiling
[in miral app session] $ mir_demo_client_eglplasma

Expect: plasma starts in the LH tile.
Actual: plasma starts fullscreen
