Code review comment for lp:~mbp/bzr-usertest/dryrun

The proposed change looks like an improvement in that it ought to fix the associated bug. We may want to also output a warning explaining that --dry-run doesn't probe inside the project file yet, so the exact commands executed may differ if the project contains history (say). We don't need that warning to merge this change though.
