Merge lp:~maxb/meta-lp-deps/maverick-rename-python-py into lp:meta-lp-deps

Needed ASAP - launchpad-developer-dependencies currently uninstallable on clean maverick.

Whoops, I've overstated the need here. aptitude wasn't able to figure out the upgrade on its own, but it looks like the right thing should happen when freshly installing launchpad-dependencies on Maverick.
