Minor but relevant changes in marionnet_from_scratch. Now the Makefile's entries `configure' and `switch' are early called with the opam initialization. Also, in Ubuntu >= 20, we force Gtk to display images packed in buttons (as required by marionnet)

In module Channel, added tools (`reactive_image', `reactive_minion') simply derived from the fundamental ones (`map', `product', `cover') to show the ability of channels to program in a reactive style, remaining compliant with the OCaml garbage collection.

Started working towards compatibility with OCaml 3.12 (our recursive mutexes stop working after upgrading OCaml). Buildsystem: rationalized support for C compiling using OCaml headers, in a way that should be back-compatible). Added debug prints to track down the recursive mutex problem

Chip.wprocess supports now timeouts
