Stupidly I made a mistake in the code with X and Y - fixed. Now compiles.

Updateing to todays changes. I am learinig bazaar, as the workflow is very specific. Now should be better aligned to current kicad/testing.

This is modified approach to KiCad PCBnew text items properties dialog.

The dialog itself is made using wxFormBuilder and class follows the pattern with the dialog class declared
in header file.

TEXTE_PCB class has changed m_Width to m_Thickness which is more informative.
