It is a description of the value used.
(which I think makes sense if such limitation are meant for the born --that's the case right?--)

But this has nothing to do with the flag
"acknowledged_v3.1_syntax" (and therefore this review)

This is the same behaviour as the 3.1.0 release that we agree to release.
So I'm a bit worried about your comment on this.
I would propose that you create a bug report and that we discuss the situation in that thread.

Such that we can approve this merge, and then we can obviously discuss if that bug report is worth to postpose the release of 3.1.1 (with this branch and other small patch) or not.
