Code review comment for lp:~maddevelopers/mg5amcnlo/bias_function

Hi Olivier,
not quite: the scale in that case is MZ. Which is almost the same
as sqrt(s), but only if you're talking about QCD. Given that we're
about to release the EW stuff, let's try and keep things as
general as possible, in order to be able to apply them to a
broader spectrum of possibilities.
