Code review comment for lp:~maddevelopers/mg5amcnlo/2.2.0

Hi Rik,

These tests go through on my mac, so it's hard to debug it myself. However,
maybe running the test with '-lINFO' (minus 'elle' INFO) would help locate
where the problem lies, .i.e.

./tests/test_manager.py -p A test_standalone_cpp_output -lINFO
