New xdg module which is based on the BaseDirectory module provided by pyxdg.

Configuration data is no longer saved in ~/.lottanzb but in ~/.config/lottanzb in order to adhere to the corresponding freedesktop.org standard.

Resource 'user' renamed to 'config'.

New resource 'data' which is used for plugins and temporary files.

Threading bug fixed, which caused ghost LottaNZB instances not to exit when they had successfully added the files passed as command line arguments.

It could be solved more elegant but for the moment it'll do.

Serious bug in Backend.enqueue fixed. This bug made it impossible to enqueue files from command line.
