Fix configuration upgrade. delete_unknown_property is only available in LottaNZB 0.6.

Remove Newzbin plug-in as the web service is no longer operational.
More importantly, the plug-in was never that useful as copying and pasting Newzbin report IDs
is definitely not more comfortable than just downloading the NZB files.
Hope everyone is fine with this decision.
