Code review comment for lp:~lifeless/bzr/apply-inventory-delta

Add WorkingTree.apply_inventory_delta to the set of delta
implementations interface tested.

This implementation wasn't preventing 'parent is not a directory'
errors. Other than that the changes that are made are essentially
cosmetic - consistent exceptions and catching corruption that we're very
unlikely to cause.
