bluez: use AutoEnable instead of legacy udev rule

This commit removes a legacy udev role that used hciattach to
power on the controller in favor of AutoEnable parameter that
has been introduced to bluetoothd settings file.

debian/patches: cherry-pick a fix for crash from upstream

This commit introduces a fix cherry-picked from upstream that
fixes the crash observed with several headsets, namely:
* Sony SBH52
* Sony MDR-1000X
* Plantronics
