looks mostly good to me, one thing missing in changelog thou.
Old Ubuntu had
 51 * d/p/ssh-ignore-disconnected.patch: [sshd] ignore disconnected from user
 52 USER (LP: 1644057)

That was dropped (correct) but missed to mention in changelog.
