View slots implementation

Viewlet Container can define slots, a mapping of logical slot name
to CSS selector within the ViewletContainer DOM.

Viewlets can define slot, the logical name within the container to fill.

showViewlet takes an optional model when showing a viewlet with a slot. This
will remove any old bindings associated with the viewlet and bind in the new
model.

Add charm icon to pending services if available.

Rather than the service health mask, which doesn't mean anything in pending services, add the charm's icon to the center of the pending service block. This will be replaced by the service health mask when the service is actually deployed. This currently only adds the charm icon if one is provided; a future branch will add support for stand-in icons.

Additionally, adding libpeerconnection.log to .bzrignore. It seems to be a file generated by the test-* Make targets.
