Grab updated source release; update build process per the updated README file. We can now compile past the link error we ran into previously, but the build now fails on missing GPG headers.

Take advantage of GT.M 5.3004's new gtm_nocenable environmental variable. This removes a minuscule window where GT.M might recognize a <CTRL-C> and enter direct mode even if a USE $PRINCIPAL:NOCENABLE was the very first command executed.
