Code review comment for lp:~joetalbott/utah/fetch_url

I inadvertently pushed this change to lp:utah instead of my local branch. I've been trying for hours to get the commit uncommitted without success. Max pointed out that perhaps the build recipe has already grabbed the commit for building the packages in the ppa and I have confirmed that jenkins has pulled this revision for the client tests as well. I'm going to leave the commit in and fix any issues that anyone finds. I've verified that the client test cases succeed locally and have two to fix for git support on the jenkins instance.
