I think this needs some things, but maybe that can be handled separately from this. Just to log them, what I think we need:
1: additions to the Makefile to build PDF and HTML versions of this doc
2: Packaging updates to build server and devices packages (unless you think it makes sense to just put them into a single monolithic package).
