This causes a traceback and 500 Internal Server error if someone tries to access .bzr/ when the transport isn't local. Are you sure that's a good idea?
I didn't notice your branch, and fixed it in a different way, raising HTTPNotFound in that case. (lp:~mnordhoff/loggerhead/380026-fix-serving-branches)
