Generally,

bzr branch lp:bzr-windows-installers
cd bzr-windows-installers

make PYTHON=/cygdrive/c/Python25/python

If we want to test the 2.0 series it would be

bzr branch lp:~bzr/bzr-windows-installers/2.0
...

I *think* I've managed to set those up so that automatic updating works.
(Basically by deleting all of the branches before updating, so make sure
you have a shared repo set up. :)
