For the dual model form a metric for the prime and dual seperately
such that they can each advect them with their own bulk velocity. They
are then combined together and bounded. Requires testing. Make file

Add a default option for solver using GMRES with HYPRE preconditioner.

Adjust the dual porosity model to make absperm optional - turning this
on now initiates the dual perm model. Adjust populate state as required
and if no dual perm point the di variable to a constant field.

Modify allocate and insert auxiallary fields for tensor fields

This fixed the 4 failing NS tests.

Correct some test case regression answers, mainly for 3d as some have changed slightly.

Add a consistent subcycling test case to stress this code path, although I still wouldnt
recommend using it.

Change the optional option to give the metric advecting velocity
to have name as an attribute rather than data.

Permit the darcy impes model to advect metric with bulk and total
darcy velocity and to be able to say any field name.

Adjust test case as required.
