A virtual appliance is now no longer defined by its name; instead every va must provide the virtual package 'virtual-appliance'

This is more elegant and has the desirable property that now you can install only
one virtual-appliance package at a time which makes sense since the whole idea
of virtual appliances is to have one for each task.
