Add checking as yc suggested.

Test procedures
1. Download images from the App
2. adb shell && su && svc wifi disable # turn off wifi
3. The app will received a I/O error exception, and ask user to enable wifi again.

Do not test it with UI, because it check networking when you return to the app from wifi config screen.
