Solar system automatically load the surveys online

It would be nice to also support local surveys and only swap them once
the online surveys have been loaded.

Fix bug in StelHips

If a survey is destroyed before its properties file has been downloaded,
we have to make sure the network reply is disconnected. I use the
second form of the connect function that allows to pass a context object
for this case.

StelTexture supports loading from file://

This is convenient sometime because Qt network requests only work with
proper urls. The only thing is that I am not sure if the images get put
in the cache in that case (I hope not).

Using an http argument: v=<hips_release_date>, we make sure that the
surveys can be cached as long as possible.
