First attempt at fixing toolbar bug on OSX

The problem is that when a plugin adds a new button in the toolbar, the path is
not automatically updated.

This commit adds a signal from BottomStelBar to indicate that its size has
changed, then the gui can use it to update the path accordingly.

There might be some corner cases when it does not work, I haven't tested it
much.

Resize main view to actual screen size when in fullscreen

This prevents a strange behavior on OSX where the screen would first show up at
normal size, and then being resized to fullscreen. I don't think it cause any
problem on other platforms.
