Changes to make fluidity compile with petsc-dev:
Instead of using MatCreate{Seq|MPI}[B]Aij now have to call MatCreate[B]Aij and MatSetup has to be called.
Implemented this with some macro hacks, so that most code doesn't change (yet). This can be cleaned up when petsc 3.2 is no longer supported (at some point in the future).
