Code review comment for lp:~free.ekanayaka/storm/infoheritance

I think there may be some value to extract the infoheritance pattern into some piece of code, for reusability/testability. But, I don't think modifying Reference is the way to go, as it's already a fairly complicated class (and poorly understood, at least by me). Maybe using composition would make more sense.
