Added a finer control about the action to be done
when a parameter is missing. Before, if a parameter
was missing, the callback was called with the default
value (if the parameter was not mandatory) or an exception
raised (if the parameter was mandatory). Now we can ask
the library to just ignore the parameter. Unfortunately,
this makes the interface not back-compatible, but I do not
think that this will break lots of software out there... :-)
