Mismatch between If_Missing in Parameter_Descriptor and Mandatory in basic example

Looks like the "basic example" is lagging behind the actual parser.

My copy/paste trial usage failed because the "what to do if missing" enumeration in the Parameter_Descriptor record now has 3 values whereas the "Basic_Example" initialisation is apparently from an earlier version where this was a Boolean called "Mandatory".

I have fixed my local copy...
