Merge lp:~fginther/cupstream2distro-config/unity-scope-snappy-autolanding into lp:cupstream2distro-config

Enable autolanding for lp:unity-scope-snappy, at the request of kyrofa.

Enable autolanding for lp:unity-scope-snappy, at the request of kyrofa.

The key "autolanding_template: False" prevents generation of the -autolanding jobs and instructs the MP scanner to ignore autolanding. Removing this (and redeploying) will enable autolanding for this specific project.

<kyrofa> fginther, ah, that makes sense. Yeah, unity-scope-snappy is not going through the silo process until they start handling snap packages. So until then, it would be great if we could get autolanding setup
