1.detect whether open_file get subtitle file and thet set_subtitle_uri if it is (support "sub", "srt", "smi", "ssa", "ass", "asc", like totem)
2. create VideoPlayer.external_subtitle_changed signal and called it from set_subtitle_uri (i dont know if we really need signal for this kind of work but i do it anyway)
3. Tagview Listen to external_subtitle_changed and change external_subtitle_button accordingly
