can't unfullscreen from welcome

There's no obvious way to exit fullscreen mode when you're on the welcome screen.

when in welcome screen if the window is maximized it shouldn't get into fullscreen right?

I would assume the window control appearance/behavior should probably be the same regardless of whether Audience is playing video or not.

That would be good yes. But also, I think I would expect to have the same kind of unmaximize button that shows when a video is playing
