Simplify anchors and height calculations.
With this change, the MonthView position/height calculations will be correct now and after https://code.launchpad.net/~tpeeters/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/internalizePropagated/+merge/164963 gets merged into the UITK. After that goes into the UITK, the flickable:null for the Page in calendar.qml may be removed.
