f/linux: hint boot failure on gcp/n2d-standard-64

The generic kernel is also boot-tested on gcp/n2d-standard-64 and
frequently runs into the same SWIOTLB buffer size limitation that was
observed and fixed for f/linux-gcp. Since there is a specialized kernel
for gcp available, we do not necessarily want to include the fix in our
generic kernel. Instead we hint the failure, removing the n2d-standard-2
instance type since we haven't observed the failure on that particular
type anymore. We can re-introduce it if necessary.

j/oem-6.0: hint test_021_aslr_dapper_mmap on openstack

LP: #1983357 mentions that test_021_aslr_dapper_mmap has been failing on
some instances in the past, too, so it appears to be a known defect. I
think it is safe to assume both tests cover very similar functionality
(ASLR) and given we hint test_021_aslr_dapper_libs, it is probably
sensible to hint _mmap without further investigation, too.
