Add kubuntu_80_hide_khtml_widgets_crash_fix.diff from 4.3 branch to fix
crash introduced by previous kubuntu_74_hide_khtml_widgets.diff patch.
Fixes crashes for applications (kopete, digikam...) that use khtml
widget. Can be removed in KDE 4.3.3. (LP: #447823)

  * Add kubuntu_75_kate_indentation_crash_fix.diff from 4.3 branch to prevent
    kate from changing indentation modes while highlighting. Can be removed in
    KDE 4.3.3. (B.K.O #200989)
  * Add kubuntu_76_fix_doc_file_detection.diff from 4.3 branch to correct
    detection of .doc files based on mimetype, even if doc files can be plain
    text on local systems. Can be removed in KDE 4.3.3. (B.K.O. # 204139)
