Hi,

i made a significant typo:
It's
  -no-pad \
not
  -nopad \

Also i showed the wrong fdisk output for
  -e --interval:appended_partition_2:all:: \
without -partition_offset 16. The first partition is actually smaller:

(Base in all tests was debian-8.6.0-arm64-netinst.iso)
